What the address is for
Corrections are the most welcome kind of mail: if an entry describes a building inaccurately, or describes something that has since changed, tell us what is wrong and we will check it and amend the page. We are also glad to hear suggestions for properties that belong in one of the four categories, questions from writers and researchers about how the index is compiled, and requests from a property that would like its own entry reviewed for accuracy.
What it is not for
We cannot take a reservation, change a reservation, cancel one, or pass a message to a hotel's front desk — we have no relationship with any property and no access to any booking system. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly. We also do not sell advertising, placements, links or reviews, and mail offering to buy them will not get a reply.
